Excellent value for money, fantastic service & no hidden extras.

Brought by many are a superior insurer. They were there for us through the covid times while our girl was having puppies. Gave us outstanding service and advice. We recommended Brought by many to all our puppy owners & will continue to recommend them to anyone needing cost effective, no hassle & Great insurance for their pets. Always polite and helpful

customer care

Don’t have too much information yet with this Insurance since I’m new with them. But the communicating by phone has been great. Friendly staff, very clear, and look for all answers to my questions. Never gave me an issue and follows up with stuff for me to get answers they couldn’t answer. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Peace of mind at a reasonable price

I did a lot of shopping around before taking out my first pet insurance policy. Bought by Many came out top for level of cover and for reasonable prices. It also included free vet video consultations which is always handy to have as an emergency back up. I haven't had to claim fortunately so can't give an opinion on that side but I'm happy with my cover and treatment by the company. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Always helpful plus nice perks

These guys have always been helpful with info and help. Additionally they have some really nice value adds, like video vet calls included, that help pay for the premium every time you use them. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Value policies and online vet

Our vet is five minutes away and open six days a week but pets don’t get sick by office hours, and in COVID times especially we found having a video consultation with a vet was just what we needed in deciding if Roger the cat needed to really see a vet in person. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Value for money

I was looking around for cat insurance for my 2 cats, was previously with Pet plan and found every year it would go up by rather alot . I found Bought by Many on the website, entered my details and got a quote for my 2 cats and could not believe the difference in price. I've been with them for nearly 2 years and still find them reasonable. I would definitely recommend Bought by Many to anyone looking a reasonably priced insurer. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Straightforward and easy

Had to claim a couple of times and the process is very easy and straightforward. Everything is explained in simple terms and they communicate with you through the whole process. Very happy with Bought by Many, they are helpful and seem trustworthy. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
