Great customer service

Had to make a claim for my Galgo and the insurance paid the whole treatment, not including the excess of course. I found the process of making a claim very easy and straightforward, which is always a bonus when you are distressed and worried about your pet. Thank you for the 5 star service. Excellent service when dog was ill

My dog collapsed and had to be rushed to the vet where he was kept in overnight and subject to various tests. The online process for transacting our claim was flawless with constant update of progress and a swift payment with no unnecessary delay. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Fantastic cover!!

Great experience so far

My dog has been insured with Bought By Many for a couple of years now and I’ve had a really positive experience with them. Fortunately I’ve not had to claim for anything up until now, but I’ve found that their communication is very good, the policy cover is great and it is very reasonably priced for the level of cover. The monthly email reminders are helpful for when my direct debit payments are coming out of my account and I find their email bulletins useful too. Fantastic,friendly and there when you need them

i have a dog who always gets into trouble. Bought by many has never quibbled or delayed paying her bills. They have had a laugh as well when i described exactly what she did and how she got into trouble .it is the best company which i have had and i tell others to go with them.
