No.1 choice

I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. Brilliant customer service

In the midst of COVID lockdown, I was easily able to get help, advice and support from the team, for my new puppy insurance. I went on to cancel my other pet's insurance as the company I had been with were uncontactable and I had a nightware even trying to cancel my policy. The switch to Bought By Many was smooth and easy. Excellent supportive service

When your pet falls ill you worry emmensley . This is the first time this year we had to claim. The claim process was so straightforward, the staff showed empathy on the phone . Best Pet insurance

Good cover and fairly priced!

Bought By Many have a very user friendly website, lots of options for the level of cover, competitive prices, and great customer service. A great extra touch when you have a policy with them is the free use of FirstVet. This came in handy for me when my dog was unwell and I got a free video call with a qualified vet, who looked at my dog and assessed him, she was spot on with telling me he should be fine within a few days and saved me £30 for a consultation at my vet!
