Insurance unlike any other!

We have been with ManyPets for two and a half years now, and I have always found them impressively approachable, friendly and helpful; you ring with a query and you get a real person who genuinely wants to be as helpful as possible! In the past six months, since our cat was diagnosed with diabetes, the claims side has really been put to the test - and I absolutely cannot fault the approachability, friendliness and genuine desire to be as helpful as possible that I have encountered in this context! Competitive prices and good level of cover. Online account is not very intuitive and it’s clunky to make a claim. I had to call in to ask Many pets to contact my vets as I couldn’t do it in my account. I also couldn’t see any details on the claim for the first couple of weeks even after it had commenced. I have found the agents friendly and patient. They are helpful and knowledgeable. I like that a condition that hasn't been an issue in two years is ignored but I'd like to see dental plans included. Reviewed on: 6th October 2024
