Easy to contact the customer service team.Very prompt on dealing with enquires and or any issues that may arise.Very quick to rectify things. Very understanding and accommodating. Many options available to suit all budgets and all policy information is informative and not misleading in anyway.Always worth a call if you don't see exactly what your looking for give the team a call. The team are very helpful overall no matter how small or big the problem may be. .Would highly reccomend.i have not been paid nor am I employed by many Pets..merely a happy customer and happy pooch knowing I'm covered by many Pets insurance.Thanks again team. I have had only good experiences from Many Pets with regard to the two claims I have unfortunately had to make for my dog, one for wasp stings to the head and the other for damage to the dog’s tongue. Both bills paid (less Excess) on the same day of the claim submissions. Reviewed on: 4th October 2024
