Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

No quibbles!

I've had to claim for both my dogs for long term treatments, all invoices have been paid by Many Pets with no quibbles! Reviewed on: 4th October 2024

No problems with policy renewals/amendments

I haven't had to claim yet, but they have been quick to amend any policy changes and have had no problems with renewals etc . Reviewed on: 4th October 2024

A very happy customer but an even happier dog.

Easy to contact the customer service team.Very prompt on dealing with enquires and or any issues that may arise.Very quick to rectify things. Very understanding and accommodating. Many options available to suit all budgets and all policy information is informative and not misleading in anyway.Always worth a call if you don't see exactly what your looking for give the team a call. The team are very helpful overall no matter how small or big the problem may be. .Would highly reccomend.i have not been paid nor am I employed by many Pets..merely a happy customer and happy pooch knowing I'm covered by many Pets insurance.Thanks again team. I have had only good experiences from Many Pets with...

I have had only good experiences from Many Pets with regard to the two claims I have unfortunately had to make for my dog, one for wasp stings to the head and the other for damage to the dog’s tongue. Both bills paid (less Excess) on the same day of the claim submissions. Reviewed on: 4th October 2024

Seems like a great company
