All you could ask for in an insurer

Almost exactly four years ago I took out a 'Complete' policy for my new puppy, Pebbles. Just over a year ago she was diagnosed with pancreatitis. All the associated bills (together with £200's worth of special diet food) were paid very efficiently. I am just about to renew the policy, and the premium has only risen by inflation despite the recurrent nature of Pebbles' condition. Excellent caring and courteous insurers - I recommend Bought by Many at every opportunity. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Over the years that we have owned dogs, I have unfortunately had the need to use an insurance company. Bought by Many have by far the best customer service team. No question or claim is too much for them, and their responses are always friendly and prompt. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent service from their pet insurer. Brilliant all round service and cover

It’s my first time using bought by many this year when I added a new fur baby to my family, I have been using the same insurance company for the past 12 years for my two cats, but when I got my dog this year decided to shop around I could not believe how good the cover and customer service has been so far, I have recommended them already to many of my friends, family and clients. Amazing customer experience so far

Switched from our previous insurer for a much more reasonable premium. Got money returned to us for not claiming in the past year. We have not had to claim though so cannot comment on the claims process. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
