I have my dog insured with Bought by many, and have always found them to have excellent customer service. Premiums are not too bad, and there is a wide range of policies to choose from, so something for everyone! I have never claimed myself but I worked in a Veterinary Practice for five years, and I know that there is no claims forms to fill in, and payment is usually received in a reasonable amount of time! I have recommended them to all my family and friends who have pets, as I know only too well how important it is to have good pet insurance. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

The quote process was simple and straightforward online. Quotes and options were explained clearly. Quotes were saved and e-mailed while we checked the information offline. The documentation provided was very clear and contained all required information to enable us to make the best and most appropriate choice for our pets. They gave the paws up sign and we purchased the policy - again very quick and easy. What a wonderful service

I've been woth bought by many since we got our crazy little Ralph. I have used the video vet on a couple of occasions which has be easy and very helpful. Little Ralph has a tenancy to bite us as a show of love so we have been working on it. Many plaster and cuts later we are getting there.
