What can I say? This company are so good. I have had the misfortune to have to call on them twice in quick succession as my cocker spaniel was ill. On both occasions, the claims were dealt with without any problems at all, meaning I was re-imbursed very quickly. Reviewed on: 18th August 2020

Friendly, helpful and efficient

On all occasions that I have been in touch with Bought By Many they have been friendly, helpful and efficient. Their fees are sensible, their claims procedure simple and their staff are knowledgeable and friendly. On a couple of occasions when I have had to have a pet PTS the person I have spoken to has offered just the right amount of support and empathy. Claims are paid quickly and without a fuss. We changed cover for our six year old golden retriever to Bought by Many earlier this year having been unhappy with previous insurers over their exorbitant hikes in premium every year. The enquiry / purchase stage was very straightforward. Unfortunately we have just had our first claim ever for this dog. The claims process was very simple, efficient and settlement has been speedy. Obviously we are hoping not to have any further claims but feel confident that if we do it’s not going to be a hassle. We won’t know for a while what the impact will be at renewal.
