Never claimed, but they communicate well

I've never had to claim on my pet insurance with Bought By Many, but their communications are reassuring in that they seem like a responsive and competent insurer! Their video vet service - which I've also not had to use yet - is the cherry on top. Reviewed on: 17th August 2020

Bought by Many gives total peace of mind for our little furry friend. Had to make a claim on Christmas Day and they couldn't have been more helpful. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 17th August 2020

Company that's puts customers and ethics first. Great website. Super-easy processes. Good articles and extra info about pets. FirstVet is a reassuring benefit - good to know it's there even though not had to use it yet. The discount deal on flea and tick treatments was really worthwhile. Reviewed on: 17th August 2020
