A lot cheaper than other well known companies

Just taken out a policy as a lot cheaper than my previous pet insurer for the same amount of cover. Can't yet comment on the service you might get when paying out, but reading other reviews gives me confidence all should be ok. Reviewed on: 11th August 2020

Having had insurance for over twenty years with another well know pet insurer when I heard of this Company, having recently got a new dog, I decided to check them out. The insurance policies were virtually identical, apart from we benefit from £15,000 per annum, as opposed to £10,000. All the reviews for Bought By Many were amazing, and along with the 5 Star Defaqto insurance rating I decided to take the plunge. My pets are important, so having the best insurance I can get them is vital. Thankfully, we haven’t had much of a need to call on their services once (my boy ate a packet of hot cross buns and was rushed to the vet on a Sunday evening and he managed to badly cut his leg ). Putting in claims was very easy and they were dealt with efficiently. Reviewed on: 11th August 2020

Bought by Many have exceeded my expectations so far. Their policy is excellent and the claims process was super easy. When I made an error, I had an email response from them that made sense and a quick solution! I also got to do a free online canine first aid course via Bought by Many which was really good.
