Bought by Many have exceeded my expectations so far. Their policy is excellent and the claims process was super easy. When I made an error, I had an email response from them that made sense and a quick solution! I also got to do a free online canine first aid course via Bought by Many which was really good. My pooch has had a ruptured cornea, spine problems & a mast cell tumour all between Feb & July 2020. BBM have been so helpful and sympathetic and have not let me or the pooch down. Would 110% recommend. Reviewed on: 11th August 2020

Easy to organise and sort out for my puppy, minimal fuss.

Really good level of coverage! Little bit irritating that the price seen on comparative websites isn't the true reflection of the price after I submitted more information regarding my pup. Although really happy with the level of cover and how easy it was to organise, just wish I had some cover details posted to me or at least emailed for organisation purposes.
