My pooch has had a ruptured cornea, spine problems & a mast cell tumour all between Feb & July 2020. BBM have been so helpful and sympathetic and have not let me or the pooch down. Would 110% recommend. Reviewed on: 11th August 2020

Easy to organise and sort out for my puppy, minimal fuss.

Really good level of coverage! Little bit irritating that the price seen on comparative websites isn't the true reflection of the price after I submitted more information regarding my pup. Although really happy with the level of cover and how easy it was to organise, just wish I had some cover details posted to me or at least emailed for organisation purposes. BBM is way more than pet insurance... there are many unexpected additional benefits that have been fantastic, for example the free online pet First Aid course. Spoke to an online vet once, so far , he was amazing, knew his stuff , showed me how to check my dog using video link, fast and efficient call back service, got a free online course on pet first Aid ,would not use anyone else after bought by many. Reviewed on: 11th August 2020
