Excellent value and service

We have found that Bought by Many are true to their word. We were unsure which policy to take out on our dog and opted for the money back option. Maxi (our Dog) is in safe hands, and after each year if we have not made a claim we receive a portion of our payments back. Maxi did have a bit of scare 2 years ago and they were great about reassuring us that everything would be taken care of if the need arose, as it happened we did not need to make a claim, but we felt quite confident that everything would have been handled in a professional and friendly manner. We have already recommended bought by many to several of our friends and they too have found that they do exactly what they say they will, there's no hidden clauses and jargon to wade through either. Great value and excellent communication

Enlightenment is a great value, competitive company who not only offer comprehensive cover but also listen to customer feedback and adapt their policies in response. I particularly like the option where you can get money back of you do not claim throughout the year! Lots of options to suit any pet owner/ policy holder. Reviewed on: 10th August 2020

Multiple discount bonus

Very easy to get a quote for both of my dogs. Multiple discount for insuring both of dogs at the same time. Not yet to make a claim but have been recommended Brought by Many by lots of other dog owners I know. Reviewed on: 10th August 2020

Claim process and additional benefits

Mt puooy recently suffered work diarrhea and vomiting and I did a online claim, BBM took over the process and worjef directly with my Vet, kept me up to date with status until pay! The also offered a free online first aid course for dogs which was amazing!!! Reviewed on: 10th August 2020
