Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have two Norwegian Forest cats, and one fell out of a tree and broke his leg, they were not insured, £5000 later I was looking for insurance. I didn’t think I could afford to ensure both cats until I found Manypets.com. I did find cheaper insurance but reading the small print it didn’t offer the full coverage many pets.com has. I can do sleep at night without worry of any large vet bills. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024
