Bought buy many, was so easy to get my kitten insured, it gave me step by step instructions in how to get her insured. When I read through the agreement I understood everything, and found it real easy to set up. They sound friendly and will help you with any needs to your pet. Lots of options

Very easy to apply for insurance. If you phone them, they pick up quickly and are very helpful. They offer lots of different policies but I personally love the lifetime one which gives 15k of cover per year and includes dental, far more than any other company I checked out. Thankfully, I have not needed to claim from them yet, so I can't offer any insight into the claims process. Reviewed on: 10th August 2020

Having read a lot of reviews of Bought By Many I decided to give them a go for my bulldog. I found the exact level of cover required which also covers Arlo for a lifetime if needed, very competitive monthly price, very easy to use website & great cover for a good price. Reviewed on: 9th August 2020

Absolutely faultless service

Bought by Many have paid out for 3 big claims this year and the process has been so very easy. You don’t need to complete any paperwork and they keep you informed of how the claim is going whilst being processed. They have been very efficient despite the current pandemic. Their customer service is excellent and everybody I have spoken to has been so knowledgeable and helpful. I pay a great price for my little dogs policy and couldn’t be happier with the service.
