Easy claim process

We have had to claim twice now for separate health issues our husky cross has had. The process is so quick and easy. At such stressful times this really takes the financial stress away. Very impressed Using the FirstVet app really puts our minds at ease when you have those pet health questions. Always friendly professional advice at a time to suit you. Only had insurance for a few months when my kitten became ill, everything was dealt with over the phone quickly and efficiently by the staff at bought by many, they contacted the vet directly and handled all the costs. I’ve had to make a few claims with BBM and they’ve always paid out, fairly and quickly. The coverage is superb and very good value for money. The staff have been wonderfully helpful on the two occasions I needed to speak to someone. The automated claims process is awesome. Reviewed on: 9th August 2020

Best policy we've ever had

They are very friendly if you need to get in touch but most of the time you just do your claim online in a very simple way. You select your issue and type in the amount you wish to claim for and they do the rest. The money appears in your account. We have been very impressed with the policy and have recommended it to friends and family. Reviewed on: 9th August 2020
