We have been with BBM for nearly two years, we have had to make claims due to our puppy's health and they couldn't have been more helpful, understanding and supportive. Reassured

I feel safe and fully confident that my dog is fully covered with Bought My Many insurance and I love the 24 hour access to a vet which has helped me on more than one occasion with advice for my puppy. Reviewed on: 9th August 2020

Always Recommend BBM

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately had to make many claims for my German Shepherd pup in her first year. Eventually having to be referred to a specialist and she had to have investigative procedures. Expensive! I have had to make many phone calls to customer service due to my normal vet practice, wonderful vets, just not the best at providing correct information to insurance. But staff at BBM were always very patient, helpful and friendly. All claims paid with no problems. I constantly recommend BBM to family and friends. My GSD is now a young very healthy adult. Best Pet Insurance

I found Bought by Many pet insurance when I got my puppy over 2yrs ago. I already had a pet insurance for my other dog, which was in no way enough cover for him. He was often at the vets & it was always hassle having to think about printing out a claim form, giving it to the vet, wait for them to complete & send to insurance company and finally wait again to get paid. To add to this dilema I would lose so much of the claim due to a high excess & a loss of 30% off the vets fees, the cost of this would soon mount up. To add insult to injury it was costing me £65 a month for £3000 cover for my little Shih Tzu. Thank god I found Bought by Many, where I have £15000 of cover for £24ish a month, no excess & all my vets fees paid. To add to their brilliance I've just had the easiest online claim ever, so so easy just waiting for 100% amout of my vets fees paid back to me. I have recommend this insurance to so many pet owners, I even got my vet to look at the policy & she thought it was great. There are several different policies to choose from at varying prices to suit most pockets, well done BOUGHT BY MANY you're fantastic. Reviewed on: 9th August 2020

I had 2 cats covered by Bought By Many and another younger cat covered by a different insurer. On receiving the renewal notice for my younger cat I saw that the premium had gone up by £100 and was more expensive than the cost of the cover for my other 2 older cats from More By Many. I cancelled the renewal and now have all 3 cats covered by Bought by Many multi-pet policy. Very efficient and easy to add my 3rd cat to the existing policy and they will all renew at the same time. I was unfortunate enough to have to raise a claim during my puppy’s first year . It was very distressing but Bought by many were brilliant from the first call to to settling the claim in full. Easy claim process

We have had to claim twice now for separate health issues our husky cross has had. The process is so quick and easy. At such stressful times this really takes the financial stress away. Very impressed Using the FirstVet app really puts our minds at ease when you have those pet health questions. Always friendly professional advice at a time to suit you.
