Quick and effective service!

I picked Bought by Many due to the recommendation by the Which magazine. Unfortunately my dog had elbow dysplasia and I couldn’t have asked for a more efficient service when making claims. The customer service has also been excellent. Reviewed on: 9th August 2020

Unique policy and great service

I took out the fixed for life policy after experiencing policies for existing pets becoming too expensive due to claims or age. This gives reassurance that they will always be covered. Only available for young pets though. There are other policies available and the claims process is very straightforward. Reviewed on: 9th August 2020

Great communications and value for money

I'm the lucky owner of a gorgeous but sickly pup who's suffered from severe hip dysplasia, kennel cough and has had to have both elbows operated on in the same year and all I can say is thank god I'm with BBM! The £7k policy limit meant that we've only had to spend a little more above and beyond what we've been covered, and they've been clear, communicative and quick to resolve claims as soon as info has been provided by the vets. On top of all this, because our pup is now over a year old, the premium on our lifetime policy has actually decreased slightly, when I had seriously feared the worst given all the claims we've had to make. Even without the lifetime policy / pre-existing conditions keeping me with them, I would be sticking with them based on service quality alone. Reviewed on: 9th August 2020

Claim process straight forward

We have a puppy who has an undiagnosed condition, it all began with seizures one morning, his treatment has been between our own Vets and the excellent glasgow hospital for small animals He is still receiving chemo on lots of Meds which are being monitored My experience with boughtbymany has been great, from the lady that i spoke to on my first call who i felt she really cared about Milo she put me at ease and my first ckaim was completed very quickly, i have completed a couple of claims online which is vert straight forward I would recommend Reviewed on: 9th August 2020

No brainer.

Our previous Dogue Dr Bordeaux cost us £50/month with the very well known insurance company. When we got Lemmy they were wanting£108. They had Bob Hope,no hope and envelope getting any more money from me. Bought by many quoted me less than what we paid for our previous Dogue. Bit of a no brainer really.
