Extremely happy new customer

I switched to Bought by Many earlier this year following 5 years with the same insurer (John Lewis) for our 5 year old border terrier . Bought by Many seemed to meet the same comprehensive type coverage as I had already, but for a much more competitive price. We have never made a pet insurance claim ( Izzy is our first pet) and so, when she had an accident ,slipping awkwardly on some steps, a couple of months ago (which resulted in a popped disc and contusion to the spinal chord ) I was dreading the claims procedure and rueing the fact that I had changed insurers as I assumed it would be a complicated process riddled with exclusions and red tape. I couldn’t have been more wrong. It was super easy to submit the paperwork following the MRI and subsequent appointments. I couldn’t believe how quickly I was reimbursed , the first invoice I submitted was approved and settled within a couple of weeks following the initial claim, And subsequent bills were reimbursed within a couple of days. I am so glad I chose Bought By Many and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The ease of the claims process ( even for a relative technophobe like me) sealed it along with the extensive coverage for a great price. I hope the renewal premium doesn’t disappoint ( I have heard that this is a problem with many insurers following a claim) as this would make them outstanding in my opinion and no doubt deserving of customer plaudits and loyalty. Value for money and easy claims

We had to claim for our lab.he needed elbow surgery.i phoned bought by many up before he had surgery and they sorted out payment with the hospital.nice and easy.i spoke to them a couple of times and both times the people on the phone were alway nice and polite and explained to me what they were doing and how far along the claim i was.i would definately recommend this company to my friends. Best priced pet insurance with affordable excess. My claim experience has been good and when I’ve needed to speak to a customer services advisor, they were especially helpful and felt they did their upmost to resolve my query. Should be sought by many, and Bought by Many

We found the price of our pet insurance to be very competitive when compared against our initial provider. Also, that we will be able to get insurance for our pet's lifetime. We were very impressed with the online booking tool. At every stage of the booking process, we were clear about what we were committing to, so thank you for a very user friendly experience. Not impressed

I picked Bought By Many based on reviews and your overall reputation. However, I have been left angry and frustrated after submitting a claim which has currently been ‘open and being worked on’ for well over 3 months. I have phoned to chase it up and sent emails, trying to get to the bottom of what’s holding it up. All I ever get is vague texts and emails saying that you’re still working on my claim. Nobody seems to be able to tell me why it’s still not been resolved. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020
