I picked Bought By Many based on reviews and your overall reputation. However, I have been left angry and frustrated after submitting a claim which has currently been ‘open and being worked on’ for well over 3 months. I have phoned to chase it up and sent emails, trying to get to the bottom of what’s holding it up. All I ever get is vague texts and emails saying that you’re still working on my claim. Nobody seems to be able to tell me why it’s still not been resolved. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

I have had to use my insurance a few times the pay out is done very quick never had any trouble they allways inform me of my claims never had to phone them to ask what is going on it's all sorted and done before you now it very happy with them Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Great Pet Insurance

Bought by Many Pet Insurance provides cover for a number of things that other insurers charge extra for. Their cover levels are good and are properly explained on their website which means you know exactly what you are buying and won't get any nasty shocks further down the line. Great value for money.
