I have only had to make a claim once, I found it was hassle free compared to previous experience with another insurer with last pet, they are so good I have recommended them to my daughter and friends ( daughter has taken insurance for her pup and she is also delighted with bought by many ) Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Bought by Many have exceeded my expectations. Very friendly, professional, swift responses and communication. Both my two claims were dealt with efficiently and settled very promptly. You just make one phone call and your claim is dealt with! No forms, no nit-picking, no delay. Just what you need when you are already worried about your pet.
