My Bull terrier had a life threatening incident . Approval of claim was very prompt and when a complication needed a second opp the same prompt approval was received . The claims were settled within a few days and the funds back in my account . Had I not had the funds both the vets I used were quite happy to deal directly with Bought by many because of their reputation for prompt payment . We have had a policy with bbm for three years or so and they are easy to deal with, we have had a claim free year so we got 20% back at the time of renew, but we have had to claim and the process was easy, went to vet got the treatment needed, paid and within 10 days the money has been repaid into my account, they send an email when it’s direct debit time with amount, they know how to behave As a company and in my opinion, deserve all the accolades won, And another plus point they send us offers and days out information to get us out and about for free , why go anywhere else?? Fantastic service!

After lots of research we decided to go with Bought By Many to insure our cat Louis. So glad we did! Louis has been undergoing tests for a gastric problem and Bought By Many have made the claim process so easy by dealing directly with our vet. Customer service are so helpful and friendly too.
