Staff are very helpful and friendly. Claims are all taken care of which means they get in touch with the vets to get your vets records and receipts which saves you time. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Excellent contact. Very helpful and kind people who answered the phone. So very pleased I was with this insurance company when my first ever claim was dealt with very efficiently and promptly. The claim involved more than one vet and hospital so seemed more complicated. Unfortunately my cat didn’t make it but the Boughtbymany many team were lovely and very patient while I was so upset. Thankyou Boughtbymany Appreciate being kept up to date via email . I will definately be insuring my new kitten with them when he arrives in a few weeks! Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

I’ve been with Bought By Many for over 3 years now. Have recommended them to my daughter who has her 5 cats covered with them now.
