First time claimant for vets bills for a very sick spaniel was delighted by the response from Bought By Many insurance. No hassle and clear and concise communication made the entire process easily understandable and do-able. During lockdown when things were a little difficult I phoned the customer service team who was very reassuring and took the hassle out of making a claim.
