During lockdown when things were a little difficult I phoned the customer service team who was very reassuring and took the hassle out of making a claim. As bad as all the other pet insurers and fail to keep promised

I wanted to add travel cover at around 50p a month - they said start next year policy early at £40 a month more despite no claims - I said balls. They said good news such an amendment was poss in 4 weeks - that was 9 weeks ago. Cannot talk to Bradley who told me this. They hold you hostage but so do all the others - will switch to animal friends at renewal Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

My lab got gasto enteritis, he was in serious trouble, bloody stools, lethergy etc. I informed bought by many of our predicament . They were extremely supportive and my costs were re embursed quickly without fuss. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Feel safe with BBM

I’ve had a few claims. Friendly staff and easy to contact them. Claims gone through pretty quickly without lengthy forms, short online form then BBM deal with vets direct. Perfect! Reviewed on: 8th August 2020
