My experience with Bought by Many has so far been very easy - from getting a quote to signing up. I haven't had to make a claim (thankfully) so can't review on that process. Having researched the number of insurance companies for pet insurance. Bought by many stood out from the rest. Thus us down to a number of reasons. The choice of policies for a start from lifetime to one that even gives you your excess back if no claim is made. Reasonably priced annual premiums. Great customer service. I have just renewed our pet insurance with Bought by Many for the second year as the price was competitive and the service is good. I especially like the additional service of getting veterinary phone advice as you can seek reassurance for issues without having to visit your vet. We haven’t claimed in the first year so we’ll receive money back on the premium but I can’t comment on making a claim. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

So far this company has been brilliant and simple to claim from. My dog has had some expensive issues. I’d give 9/10 I’ll reserve 1 incase they increase my premium by a ridiculous amount next year. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020
