Happy with service

I have just renewed our pet insurance with Bought by Many for the second year as the price was competitive and the service is good. I especially like the additional service of getting veterinary phone advice as you can seek reassurance for issues without having to visit your vet. We haven’t claimed in the first year so we’ll receive money back on the premium but I can’t comment on making a claim. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

So far this company has been brilliant and simple to claim from. My dog has had some expensive issues. I’d give 9/10 I’ll reserve 1 incase they increase my premium by a ridiculous amount next year. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Had a lengthy investigation into the cause of an infection in my dog. Bought by Many were really helpful and paid all claims promptly. Also, was very pleased to see that at renewal of my policy my payments did not increase substantially. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020
