Great Value and Easy to Do

I changed from my original insurance company because my insurance was going up by about 75% and I had never made a claim! Checked out a lot of companies but BBM got great reviews and the cover was greater (I went from 12K to 15K) and the price was £25 lower than what I was currently paying! My dog had an ongoing ear problem from December to March and BBM never quibbled about anything. What's not to love? Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Good value and efficient service

Had to claim for eye op for our cocker spaniel. BBM were professional, courteous, requested relevant information by Internet form and telephone and settled the claim with the vets directly. Very efficient but our premiums have since increased. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Straight forward and stress free

I recently had to contact BBM as my dog needed a procedure to get a grass seed out of his nose. The whole process was so easy and the money was in my bank within days. No stress or worry when your pet needs treatment i highly recommend!! Also with my policy i dont need to pay an excess so the entire vet treatment including the check up was covered. Trusted Pet Insurance

I took out pet insurance with Bought By Many in 2017 when we got a dog. Unfortunately in her first year she broke her leg and it was very distressing for us however Bought By Many were fantastic - they made everything so simple and easy for us. I had never made a claim for anything before and thought it was going to be very complicated and stressful but it wasn't at all. Just a phone call and that was it, they did all the rest n kept me updated by about the progress. Not only are they head and shoulders above all other insurance providers on price and cover offered, but their customer service is outstanding.
