I took out pet insurance with Bought By Many in 2017 when we got a dog. Unfortunately in her first year she broke her leg and it was very distressing for us however Bought By Many were fantastic - they made everything so simple and easy for us. I had never made a claim for anything before and thought it was going to be very complicated and stressful but it wasn't at all. Just a phone call and that was it, they did all the rest n kept me updated by about the progress. Couldn't be happier with the company and I intend to stick with them for the foreseeable future and would definitely recommend to others. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Not only are they head and shoulders above all other insurance providers on price and cover offered, but their customer service is outstanding. First Time Claim - Paid in Full

I changed from my previous pet insurance to Bought By Many, as I'd adopted another cat. Like for like the policy for 2 cats was the same price as I'd been paying for 1 cat with my previous insurer, so that's my first tick for them. Following one of my cats becoming unwell, I made a claim online, which was quick and easy and the full amount was paid into my account within 3 weeks - second tick! From initial contact when I was looked after efficiently and with courtesy I felt very comfortable with Bought By Many . Their pro-active approach to animal care is , in a word, impressive - for example the dog first aid course which they sponsored and other initiatives enhance my level of comfort.
