I put in a claim for my puppy who became severely sick and I can’t be happier with the customer service and ease of the claim process. Everything was dealt with swiftly and with care. Thankfully our puppy survived. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Our Rottweiler has had both of his back legs operated on, due to cruciate ligament disease. When liaising with Bought By Many, they have been helpful, friendly and also sympathetic. They showed genuine concern for our dog. It's so easy to raise a claim, either over the phone or online, and they usually pay out pretty quickly. Nothing not to like. Cannot recommend them enough! Amazing service

Where do I start? I have had several specialty breeds and used other well known insurance companies in the past with MUCH higher premiums and excesses and always an excuse NOT to pay out!!!! However I came across BBM when looking to change insurance companies for my Bulldog and WHAM what a refreshing change to deal with a company who actually sympathise with you and actually keep you in the loop every step of the way and act fast !! My poor pooch has had a terrible time lately but thanks to BBM they took a lot of pressure off me by dealing with claims quickly and efficiently which gave me more time to spend with Umfri and gave me total peace of mind. The premium is a fantastic price and the one excess option is perfect. I would and often do recommend BBM to anyone I hear looking for pet insurance. Excellent service and easy claims process

Having searched various companies for my pet insurance I decided to go with Bought by many as I liked the idea that if you didn’t make a claim there was an element of reimbursement each year! Having had previous pet insurance where I never made a single claim in 11yrs this seemed a nice little bonus. However within the first year of insurance for my savannah kitten he broke his leg and I needed to claim. The process was so slick and easy with the company liaising directly with my vets. Apart from initiating the claim in the first instance which I did online in a very quick and simple process I literally had nothing else to do or worry about and I was updated very frequently with text messages as to the progress of things. Couldn’t have been easier - thank you guys for providing a hassle free product with a financial bonus! Can’t recommend highly enough! Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Bought by many have given me reassurance that my older dog will be looked after and I won’t have to fight for payment for his treatment. Excellent price, great options

BbM take a more innovative approach to your choices for cover than any other insurance company. Their prices are more than competative and I have heard from friends that they do not hike their premiums ip by rediculous amounts each year. I was very happy and wished I had bought both my dog and cat insurance with them. If they continue to provide the same kind of service and premiums I will be switching our cost insurance over next year. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020
