I have been so delighted with the service I have received from bought by many. I’ve paid out for pet insurance with different companies in the past and have always found it really difficult when it comes to making a claim. My experience with bought by many has been completely different. It is so straightforward and as soon as you submit a claim you receive text messages that acknowledge that and then will receive updates throughout the process. If your beloved pet is unwell you always feel very stressed and it is such a relief that Bought by Many take some of that stress away. Unfortunately my beautiful Bernie’s mountain dog is suffering from what looks to be a chronic bronchial condition yet I can go through the treatments with confidence knowing that bought by many will be there supporting me. Even during lockdown I had to contact them and the young man at the end of the phone was so polite and supportive and explaining what I had to do.
