One major episode convinced me they are best.

Using this company to insure my year old dog, quickly showed that there was just no comparison compared to previous companies I had used. Making contact when I was well into a major incident with an extremely poorly dog, and moving between my vet and critical care I was very impressed with the service I received. The understanding and compassion was fantastic. Very much a case of telling me not to worry, it will all be covered and get on sorting out what was happening and they would sort it all out when things were settled. Multiple invoices did not phase them..........end result was that we learnt that big dog should not chew up balls and let little dogs eat a huge chunk! It got very scary but the excellent package and call centre staff made it all so much easier. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

When I first enquired about insuring my dog Bought by many were really helpful and explained everything to me very clearly .Bought by many are the cheapest I have found,but unlike other insurers,they are very efficient,they keep you informed at every stage of your claim.The really do care about your pet and payment is paid very quickly to the vets.I Have a very clumsy dog and although she is 3 years old I have made quite a few claims one involving surgery,yet I have not had to pay a penny to my vet as my excess is nil,you can choose to pay an excess to lower your premiums but it's up to you,but like I said bought by many will explain everything to you and tailor it to your needs.I now have 3 dogs insured by Bought by many,and wouldn't go anywhere else.
