Great service at a good price

Sign up process is quick and easy, phone staff have always been very helpful on the few occasions where we have wanted to speak to someone. The level of cover provided for the price was very compelling compared to other providers. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Distinctive Product

I only wanted my public liability insurance for my dog. Bought By Many provides one of the very few policies availabe. Generous cover at a low price which actually gets lower as the dog gets older. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

One major episode convinced me they are best.

Using this company to insure my year old dog, quickly showed that there was just no comparison compared to previous companies I had used. Making contact when I was well into a major incident with an extremely poorly dog, and moving between my vet and critical care I was very impressed with the service I received. The understanding and compassion was fantastic. Very much a case of telling me not to worry, it will all be covered and get on sorting out what was happening and they would sort it all out when things were settled. Multiple invoices did not phase them..........end result was that we learnt that big dog should not chew up balls and let little dogs eat a huge chunk! It got very scary but the excellent package and call centre staff made it all so much easier. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
