I had only taken out insurance on my 11 year old Spaniel 15 days prior to him being diagnosed with a hernia. The bill was submitted and BBM paid the 80% agreed without any fuss straight to the vet. That is such a refreshing attitude. No arguing. No qualms. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them unequivocally. Trust them. You will not be disappointed. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Great Pet Insurer

Was recommended Bought By Many and glad we used them to insure our WC Spaniel. We had to make a claim within the first year, they were great at keeping me updated and paid within 2-3 weeks. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
