I have had my dog for 3 years now from 8weeks old and she developed hip displacia, I had only been with Bought by Many for a couple of months and they paid for all the treatment that my dog needed with no excess, I cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to anybody who is looking for pet insurance. During lockdown my puppy had an ear problem and my vets were charging an emergency fee to be seen. Without the free online video consultation with a vet I would of spent a fortune for an ear infection that I was able resolve myself with the free help. Cant beat it! I recommend whenever I can. I had only taken out insurance on my 11 year old Spaniel 15 days prior to him being diagnosed with a hernia. The bill was submitted and BBM paid the 80% agreed without any fuss straight to the vet. That is such a refreshing attitude. No arguing. No qualms. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them unequivocally. Trust them. You will not be disappointed. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
