Review of the ManyPets, Pet insurance:

Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

The company was recommended by our breeder.

The company was recommended by the breeder we purchased our Cockapoo from and have no regrets in going with them. We get regular emails giving tops on how to look after our pooch, and relevant seasonal tips. Also, they give direct access for video calls to an emergency vet. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024
