Really easy to get an online quote for all the different policies available. Great price for the policy I chose. Sign up also really quick and easy and all the policy info is clear and simple to understand. I have not made a claim yet, so if and when I need to I hope it will also be as straight forward, but I would definitely recommend to friends and family so far! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Easiest pet insurance and I've used a lot

I love how everything is done online. And the price/coverage is good. I used at least 6 other insurance co's before this one. I was getting so tired of the amount of paperwork required and waiting for a response on a claim. And the general attitude was very police-like - as if I was trying to scam them when all I wanted was for my pets' healthcare needs to be paid for. So I went with Bought By Many and submitted a claim for surgery shortly after. It was handled very quickly with updates via e-mail and text. The difference was night and day. Highly recommend. Changed to BBM when I got a second dog and my existing insurers quote was excessive. BBM offered a comparable lifetime package for two dogs at little more than I was already paying for one, and 20% back each year if no claim is made. Booking online is straightforward, and comparing different packages prices and options is very quick and easy. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

We really appreciated the understanding, rapid assessment and then final decision so quickly reached by BBM during the stressful time when our pet was diagnosed with a serious condition. Nothing but good reviews about Bought By Many from me. Premium is affordable, excess on,y charged once a year which is a big plus, easy to claim, hopefully I only need this one claim, helpful staff on telephone. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
