I changed from my previous pet insurer during lockdown when my two beloved cats became extremely ill and I could not get easy access to my insurer by phone. I heard a lot of good things about Bought By Many and when I rang them I got through to someone immediately. Everything is done on line and dealt with quickly. So far I am impressed with Bought by Many. I haven't as yet had the need to claim from them but feel confident I would have no problems.. They are to my knowledge the only Insurance company that makes you aware they will be taking the monthly payment from, which I find very re-assuring Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
