Pretty good, still a couple of things to work on

Overall I had quite a good experience with marmalade. They have a wide range of offers, giving a good choice for young drivers. The app is also decent and quite easy to use, however they didn't give the clearest instructions from the off, so I've had to feel my way through a little bit. Their customer service was also very good and easy to access, however they should make options to sort out issues yourself more easily available instead of always suggesting talking to the helpdesk Reviewed on: 13th August 2020
