Very affordable and fair

The black box is easy to install and the red journey procedure is fair however the black box can be overly sensitive while cornering or on roundabouts, this can be frustrating at times but other than this i am very happy with my experience. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Great but app could do with some changes

So far my experience has been positive and I’m impressed with the helpful customer service team whenever I’ve called. The app for the black box is frustrating tho as it records phone usage, which is annoying when your passenger uses your phone for whatever reason and it’s marked against you. Personally don’t feel like phone usage should be on there as I never would drive and use it but it makes my life easier asking my husband to send a text for me while I drive or talk on speaker phone, which we can no longer do. Cheap and easy to use

I’m 23 years old and I have been driving for nearly 5 years! I haven’t found a better deal than the marmalade insurance for young drivers. It means I am able to use my mums car and get tips on how to improve my driving with the app. The app tells me after every ride what I could improve on. It’s so easy to use and at such a good price. Better than any other insurance company !
