Great affordable insurance for new drivers!

The app is great for a learner to improve and see where in their local area they have done wrong whilst also allowing for ratings to be given for cornering etc. Only downside is that if you don’t open the app even with Bluetooth and mobile data on the black box won’t record the ratings for that trip as the phone doesn’t seem to connect Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

AMAZING!

I passed my driving test a few years ago however, have found marmalade to be the best insurance I’ve been with by far! Affordable and whenever I have a question all the staff are lovely and friendly and always work there hardest to get me the best possible outcome! Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Great Insurer

As a first tile car owner, I came to Marmalade and within 10 minutes, I had completed the entire process, I used customer service once since I started and my issue was resolved in 5 minutes (if that!) Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Does not work all of the time

The app didn’t track my driving continually for the first month, even though I’d followed all the directions. I contact customer service via email/ app on 2 occasions and they responded for a while, but then just stopped without solving my problem Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Easy to use

After a few teething problems both my Mother and I have been able to use the app. The interface is easy to understand and very sleek. I like the new system better to the old one. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Good company, really easy to set up for black box insurance.

Really easy to set up black box system, only issue is that sometimes it can occasionaly record driving errors which seems more to do with the road you're driving on rather than your driving itself. Saved a lot of money by using it though. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Easy and practical
