Easy, easy, easy

Quite accurate

The app works really well and is pretty fair. The only problem i have is to do with phone use while driving. My friends often use my phone for music while driving causing me to be marked down for my drive. It also doesn’t consider harsh braking when it is necessary if other road users are not baking careful. Overall, this is a very good insurance for younger people. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Easy to set up

Because my mum and dad are on my insurance it's easy for all 3 of us to see who is doing well and who isn't as the app scores everyone on there driving...it's nearly competition like in our house now to see who can score top marks really class.... Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

User friendly, parent friendly and young person friendly

As a parent of a new driver I have found Marmalade very friendly and understanding in their communications with us. They are very competitive in pricing and their black box is not as restrictive as some other insurance companies. My daughter has had a positive experience of driving with Marmalade as her insurance, that she has in fact renewed with them, despite being no longer a learner. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Quick service , tailored package

My son passed his test at 17 and the cost of other insurances was so high. We got a great quote and the black box helped him to maintain a good speed and drive even more carefully. There is always someone to help on the phone and the emails are also quickly answered. Overall a great experience so far. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Cheaper than other options but not sure the app works perfectly

I've been on a number of drives since installing my black box but only 2 of them have been recorded on the app. I don't know whether that's normal or not. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020
