Mansfield was approached by my Financial Adviser who obtained a mortgage offer in principle. once all the necessary documents requested were supplied Mansfield proceeded to evaluate our application further. Although this aspect did seem to take time to be verified we were eventually formally offered the mortgage we were seeking. As a retired couple we were able to secure an Interest Only Mortgage over 20 years. We are also able to make annual 5% over payments annually.
