The staff are always helpful and friendly. Really like the personal touch which you don't get with the banks. All the staff are professional. A very big thank you for the staff at burnley for sorting my ISA and being thorough and helpful. Reviewed on: 31st March 2024

Very friendly staff, given all relevent information in a quick and easy fashion. Increasing the maximum withdrawal amount per customer would be an improvement. I dealt with staff who were very easy to deal with and sensitive to my request to have my late husband's name removed from our joint account. They then gave me great advice on ISAs and bonds and my savings. I have since been back and set-up an ISA. Great service and lovely staff. Reviewed on: 31st March 2024
