I wanted to open savings accounts for my children and started doing so with one of the big banks. I quickly had a question which the AI chat couldn't answer and gave up. I then popped in my local Marsden branch where Sue and George were incredibly welcoming and professional. Sue opened up my account quicker than I could have done online and reassured me that my children's financial futures were in good hands. Reviewed on: 29th February 2024
