Hannah has been incredibly helpful and highly professional, both on the phone this week and in guidance provided on post its in our correspondence. I have been dealing with around 10 different banks/ bs for my parents who are ill/ elderly over the last few months and the advice and service provided by Hannah exceeds them all. Thank you. While the rate is excellent there are currently a few higher ones but Hannah's kind and professional approach has led us to remain members, we look forward to the re opening of the Burnley branch and keeping a presence on the high st Reviewed on: 31st March 2022
