Initial call well handled, polite staff member who arranged the call/ appt. with Victoria. She telephoned at exactly 1 pm as arranged, she was very helpful + clear, infromation easy to understand as the call was well structured but friendly and easy to folow. Call lasted 25 mins + the ISA forms arrived in the post v. quickly. I like BS as tou retain what the banks have lost. Ie mutuality, helpful well trained staff. + a feeling you care about customers + value the relationship Reviewed on: 7th July 2021
