Staff always very pleasant and helpful with a smile. It is lovely to be able to walk into a branch and actually speak to a person. Especially these days when banks are pushing people to use machines or on line. Sometimes you just need to to speak to a friendly person. This can be especially important when having to register a death off a family member. Reviewed on: 26th March 2025
