My first bank

Metro was my first every bank, when I opened it at 15. It has developed my relationship with money in a positive way. Being able to save confidently and with ease, knowing I can pop into the bank for any advice, realising metro bank is for the people. Great for kids

Fast service

Every time I visit Metro Bank , service is fast , professional and very helpful. Polite and very friendly staff. There is always someone to help you and guide you . I really like it as Metro Bank branches are still open where there many other banks are closing and moving on line banking . A home to me

I really love Metro bank, I’ve been with this bank since I was 16 years old (I am now 20 years old) and it’s also my first bank. I’m not really sure about other banks but from what I’ve seen Metro Bank is a very professional and it’s always there to help you. Educational service

My child understand the importance of saving each month thanks to young savers account, he is happy to go to the Metro Bank every month to deposit his cash to have a stamp and toy. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Very, friend

All staff are very helpful as transfer my son and my daughter young saving no problem, and now I already pick up there card no problem. Very easy and pick up straight away they same day. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
