All round excellent service.

Before I came to the bank, I asked people to recommend a bank and each person mentioned Metro Bank. When I came here the first time, I was attended to promptly. I opened my account same day, got my debit card and my card and account was active immediately. It was one of the fasted service I have ever received. Customer service is top notch. The entire process is seamless . From navigating the app to opening the account . It is fast and reliable money transfer . The customer service is the greatest and readily available at all times . Metro bank just removes the hassle form your life and general day to day banking . By far the greatest bank I have used .
