About this product

MiPet Cover is no longer selling new pet insurance policies, but existing policies are still running.

Replacement policies continued on or after the 1st of May 2025 are with Petcover and Allianz. Policies with renewal dates on or before the 30th of April 2025 are with Insurance Factory Limited.

As a vet employed by the company that also owns MiPet Cover (rather than an insured pet owner) I have found that MPC provides a premium insurance coverage both in terms of the total scope of cover as well as options for how much financially is covered. It would seem to be one of the more expensive pet insurance policies on the market but it is not pitching itself as a minimalist company. Reviewed on: 26th July 2021

They have always paid out reasonably promptly, and with little fuss, which is great. The co-payment comes in pretty young and the price hikes once you have had a claim are pretty steep. Reviewed on: 26th July 2021
