Efficienct and Helpful

A well run brokerage offering strong customer advice and information. Plenty of choice and informed advisors listened to my requirements and sourced products that met those requirements. Awful - stay away from them

Wouldn't recommend them, I'm months into a mortgage application that should be very simple. It turns out that the information I send to my 'expert' Case Manager tends to sit in their inbox for several days before it actually gets passed on to the bank. Really frustrating waste of time. Furthermore I can never get in touch with the Case Manager by phone it always just rings out, then goes to a voicemail or redirected to Mojo Mortgages main phoneline, which then in turn goes to voicemail. Its impossible to speak to an actual human. I recently used L&C Mortgages on a seperate remortgage and had zero problems with them. They were quick to respond to queries, and had a mortgage offer within weeks... Do not recommend at all. Don't be fooled by the flashy website, its actually painfully glitchy, and most the time unusable. I had to upload the same documents multiple times because they just seem to get lost in some abyss and the Case Manager can't find them. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

Best by far!

I'd never used an online mortgage Broker before but all my worries proved to be completely unfounded as Mojo made the whole process relatively quick, simple and friendly. Simple, great communication and easy!

Our broker Paulina Gorska was just fantastic!! We had regular check ins with her even if there wasn't much to tell, her communication was fantastic and she explained everything to us that we were unsure about!
